I can write in Title box but i can't write or Edit post in WordPress

WordPress is the best software for creating and maintaining a website. It is very easier to access and user friendly. But when we are using this WordPress for our website, sometimes we might find some errors regarding to posting an article, it hurts a lot and makes unhappy.
 I say, " for every problem there will be a solution, sometimes it easier some times it is difficult. However, we have to face the problem and we have to over come the problem but we should not leave the problem"
In some versions of WordPress, Admins can write in title box without any problem but when it come to write in editor box or when they click on edit post the cursor won't exist and it will not let us to write or edit the post but we can write in text box It is the common and basic mistake found in various users.
The causes of this problem may be installation of malicious Plugin or formation of cache in the memory allocation. Even i have faced this problem. The method i use to solve this clearing of Cache
I suggest you to follow two methods

Method 1 :

In this method you have to deactivate all the installed Plugins one by one. remember you have to deactivate all the installed plugins one by one. After  all the plugins are deactivated then Re-activate all the plugins one by one. I repeat all plugins must be re-activated one by one only.

After doing this check whether you can write in both Title box and Editor box or Edit post. If you can write in both boxed then your problem is solved
If the problem is not solved by Method 1 or if it repeats then you have to follow Method 2

Method 2 :

In this method you need to have a pre-installed Plugin W3 total cache. Because this method is flushing of total cache formed in your system. if you don't have that plugin installed then install that plugin. after installing and activating the plugin, you can see Flush Cache option on Home tab of the WordPress
Now, go to posts > All post > where you to flush all the cache formed then it gives the messages system clear, then your problem is solved.
Again you are facing this problem ?
Don't worry, follow method. whenever you face this problem just keep on flushing the cache . Simple, your problem is solved !

Again penalty for Telecom operators ? TRAI to decide on penalty for call drops

The department of telecommunications (DoT) has asked the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to design a framework that will look at arresting call drops and decide whether erroring operators need to be penalised.
